Presidents' Week Ski & Stay Special

• Stay slopeside with lift tickets and adult clinics included with ski and stay packages during Presidents' Weekend and Week. Stays are available for one night or longer throughout the vacation period, with no Saturday arrivals or departures.
  
  Packages starting at $139 in our condominiums, $155 in the Snow Cap Inn, and $185 in our Grand Hotels.

Spa Promotions

Be Mine Hot Stuff Special--1-hour couples' massage with hot stone add-on and chocolate-covered strawberries. Special rate $225. Add chocolate massage oil for $10 pp. Jordan & Summit.
Head Over Heels--1-hour couples' foot, neck, and shoulders massage. Special rate $200. Jordan & Summit.
Champagne & Rose Spa Package--Manicure, pedicure, and 60-minute classic Swedish massage all accented with a champagne & rose essential oil. Also includes a glass of champagne or sparkling cider. Special rate $175. Jordan only.

• Night Skiing
  Night Skiing will be open all throughout Presidents' Week. Any daytime lift ticket is automatically valid until 8 p.m. on night-skiing days. Tickets are also available for 12-8 p.m. and 4-8 p.m. All lodging guests that purchased ski and stay packages at Sunday River will be automatically upgraded to 12-hour tickets or lodging guests can purchase 4-8 p.m. tickets on their arrival day for just $5.
• Zipline Tours
  Zipline Tours take place at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. daily throughout Presidents' Week. Pricing: $59 or $49 with a valid lift ticket or season pass. Call 800-543-2754 for details and reservations. 
• Twin Zips
  Twin Zips are open 12-3 p.m. and 4-9 p.m. throughout Presidents' Week. Ticket prices are $15 for unlimited rides, or $10 with a snow tubing ticket. No reservations are required. Check-in at the South Ridge Lodge.
• Tubing
  Check out our tubing park's new location on the Sundance Trail! Cost is $10 an hour, per person. Open 5-9 p.m nightly.
• Ice Skating
  Lace up the skates and hit the ice on our lighted rink at its new location near the Snow Cap Inn! It's free for use and open every day and evening depending on weather conditions.
• Snowshoeing and Cross-Country Skiing
  Enjoy a relaxing day through the snow trails at the The Outdoor Center. For more information, call 207-824-5700.
• Snowmobile rentals available at NorthEast Snowmobile, 800-458-1838.
• Eddy and Betty the Yeti Appearances
  Keep your eyes open all week long as you may catch a glimpse of these friendly yetis anywhere around the resort.

Friday, February 15

• Après Entertainment with David Rowe, 3-7 p.m.
  Enjoy the hottest après on the coolest mountain at the Foggy Goggle in South Ridge Lodge. The Goggle will host David Rowe to kick off the weekend and vacation week.
• Marshmallow Roast at the Jordan Grand Hotel and the Grand Summit Hotel
  We would like to welcome you to Sunday River with a special Campfire Marshmallow Roasting. Guests are invited to roast marshmallows over the fire. Located at the outdoor fire pits at both hotels, 6-8 p.m. at the Grand Summit Hotel, 7-9 p.m. at the Jordan Grand Hotel.
• Live Music with Scott Folsom, 7 p.m.
  Scott Folsom plays at Sliders at the Jordan Grand Hotel.

Saturday, February 16

• Wine Dinner at the Peak
  Ride the Chondola to our mid-mountain Peak Lodge for a unique dining experience. Delight your palate with an exquisite meal prepared to perfectly complement selected Honig wines. Peak Dinners are the perfect way to enjoy an evening in the mountains, and an unforgettable meal.  Check in at the South Ridge Welcome Center. Chondola loading from 6:30p.m. to 7 p.m.  Cocktail hour: 7–7:30 p.m.,  Dinner:  7:30 p.m. This is a 21+ dinner, reservations are $79 per person and can be made by calling 800-543-2754.
• Kids' Night Out, 5-8 p.m.
  Fun activities for your child this Saturday night, for only $15 per child. Kids will enjoy a pizza dinner and movies with their peers. Throughout the winter there will be different theme nights, activities, and a variety of kid-friendly movies. The River House is located slopeside in the South Ridge base area.  These activities and movies are for kids 5–12. This week’s movies are Cars 2 and Puss and Boots. • Après Ski Party with Hello Newman, 3-7 p.m.
  Come to the Foggy Goggle for the best après music around. As the '90s drift farther away, it becomes more important to remember them. Hello Newman is a '90s cover band and so much more. Hands down, one of the most fun bands in Maine right now. No cover charge.
• Bud Light Music Series presents Orange Crush: The '80s Dance Party Band 
  What started as an REM tribute band has transformed into New England's premier '80s dance party extravaganza. Based in Springfield, MA, Orange Crush has performed at thousands of shows throughout the United States and was recently inducted into the Grand Band Slam Hall of Fame for their high-energy and highly entertaining '80s pop rock show. Come to the Foggy Goggle in the South Ridge Lodge for some real old-school party fun. Doors open at 8 p.m. $10 cover charge.

  Swing into Barker Bar, upstairs at the Barker Lodge, for some sweet sounds.
• Sno-cano Eruption 6:30 p.m.

Featuring their own brand of relentless sarcastic wit, physical comedy, live music, and high-energy juggling, Matthew and Jason Tardy have created an unstoppable performance that has audiences on their feet! Eddy and Betty will be there to greet everyone, followed by a reading from the Eddy The Yeti book. Singer/songwriter Jim Gallant will be performing live music throughout the evening.   Bruce Jacques, the most entertaining one-man show ever! Bruce's act consists of comedic parodies of artists such as Devo, Guns n' Roses, and even Britney Spears. He transforms himself into different artists through a myriad of creative costumes. His musical talent, creativity, showmanship, energy, charisma, and child magnetism make for a fantastic entertainment experience for any audience. Bruce is so entertaining and fun, after a long day of skiing, a bucket of beers and Bruce is all you need!

Two free slopeside performances outside of the South Ridge Lodge, followed by Grand Fireworks Display.

  Royal Hammer is a six-piece roots reggae group from Portland, Maine. Heavily influenced by Gregory Isaacs, Sugar Minott, Dennis Brown, and Roots Radics, Royal Hammer takes pride in the authenticity of their sound, with grooves that are deep and infectious. Show is in the Foggy Goggle in South Ridge Lodge.
• Full Moon Peak Dinner
  Ride the Chondola to our mid-mountain Peak Lodge for a unique dining experience. Peak Dinners are the perfect way to enjoy an evening in the mountains, and an unforgettable meal. • Black Diamond Entertainment presents Mad Science
  Get ready for some sizzlin' excitement! Join us for safe and scientific fun with fire and ice! In this show, children will explore the three states of matter and learn about the amazing properties of fire and combustion. Kids will see how our special Mad Science paper can burn, leaving no ash behind, and their jaws will drop when they witness our "Swoosh, Whoosh, Aaaah" experiment. After some sizzling chemical reactions heat things up, we will cool off with spectacular demonstrations involving dry ice! Kids always marvel at the "coolness" of this frozen gas.

• Bud Light Music Series presents: Dead Sessions
  The music of The Grateful Dead transcends time, age, and space. Their high-energy, soul-touching jams, and family-like environment was a core part of the counter-culture experience. Over the past 14 years, Dead Sessions has grown to become one of the favorite Grateful Dead experiences in the Northeast. Playing since 1998, the collective is known for its authentic but unique renditions of Grateful Dead classics, thick with heartfelt jams that make the most jaded deadhead rejoice. Show will take place at the Foggy Goggle in the South Ridge Lodge. Doors open at 8 p.m. $10 cover charge.
