Youth and School Groups

  »   Day Groups
Bring a group of 15 or more students and receive group discount tickets. In addition, your group receives one free lift ticket for every ten purchased tickets.

  »   Youth Ski Night
Every Friday night is Youth Ski Night at Sunday River! Bring a group of 15 or more students on any Friday night when 12 Hour Skiing is in operation and receive a Night Ticket (4:00 – 8:00PM) for $15 and $10 rentals!

  »   Multi-Week Program
Do you want your group to experience all Sunday River has to offer for multiple weeks at a great price? Our Multi-Week Program is open to schools, youth groups, and recreation departments from across New England. This prescheduled (4) week program is geared toward skiers and riders of all levels from beginner to expert. Take advantage of discounted tickets, optional rental equipment, and Perfect Turn clinics. Day Group Policies

  »   Minimum Group Size
Minimum group size for adult groups is 20 participants.
Minimum group size for youth and young adult is 15.

  » Ticket Requirements
All tickets must start on the same day to qualify for discounted rates.
All multi-day tickets must be in consecutive days.

  »   Complimentary Tickets
One complimentary ticket is issued for every 20 paid in an adult group and every 10 paid in a junior and young adult group.

  »   Payment
The group leader is responsible for the purchase and distribution of all lift tickets and additional products, and must provide one form of payment upon arrival. Payment may be made with cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). Group pricing on clinics and equipment packages are only available when purchased with lift tickets at the Group Sales Desk at South Ridge Base Lodge.

  »   Rentals
Any group member renting equipment or participating in a clinic must have signed a completed liability form. All rental and liability forms for group members under the age of 18 must have the signature of a parent or guardian. The group leader should collect all forms prior to arrival.

  »   Arrival Time
Upon arrival, the Group Leader will check in at the Group desk, which is conveniently located on the first floor deck level of the South Ridge Base Lodge. Group desk opens at 8:45am Mon. - Fri. and 7:45am Sat., Sun., and Holidays / Vacation Weeks. All tickets must be picked up by the Group Leader. Any changes to ticket orders following pick-up must be made prior to 10:00 A.M. Please keep your group on the bus while purchasing and distributing tickets. Non-bus groups should determine a meeting place in advance for ticket distribution.
