50th Celebration Packages start at just $59 per person in the Condominiums and just $69 per per person in the Snow Cap Inn. Grand Resort Hotels start at just $99 per person and include breakfast! When booking most Ski & Stay Packages, non-skiing members of your party or those who do not need lift tickets may receive $25 off package price per person, per night, issued as Sunday River Money at check-in. All prices and promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice. Certain restrictions may apply. Rates may vary by time period and are seasonally adjusted. Holiday periods are December 27,2009 - January 3, 2010 and February 12, 2010 - February 19, 2010.

    Winter Season (November - May)
                       Monday - Thursday after 4:30pm
                       Friday - Sunday after 6:00pm
                       Holidays - 12/27-1/2, 2/12-18 after 6:00pm

    Summer Season (May - October)
                      Monday - Sunday after 4:00pm

- Check out Times
    Check out time is 10:30 a.m.

DEPOSIT POLICY
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Balance is due in full two weeks prior to arrival. Reservations for 1-night stay are due in full at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded on cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation made 14 days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded. Guests are responsible for all night's confirmed, regardless of late arrivals or early departures. The cancellation policy is in effect once a deposit has been taken. For condominium guests, a damage deposit is required upon check-in.
