Base Lodges
Plan Your Day. The only way to get on snow faster is to know where to go. Easy, right? As you pull onto Skiway Road, it's important to have your bearings about you and go to the base lodge and parking lot that meets your needs.

South Ridge Lodge
Guest Services open daily | Sunday River's largest base lodge with easy access to beginner terrain, skier services, and the Sunday River SnowSports School.
Barker Lodge
Open Daily | The basecamp for competitions and quick access to intermediate and advanced trails.
White Cap Lodge
Open Daily | The smallest of Sunday River's base lodges, White Cap has access to a variety of ski and snowboard terrain.
PEAK LODGE
The mid-mountain Peak Lodge is the perfect stop for morning warmups with a fresh cinnamon bun, a tasty lunch nosh in The Mountain Room, or for an adventurous wedding destination.
Transportation
On weekends and holiday weeks, if you arrive and park in a lot that is not in close proximity to a base lodge, you'll want to ride one of our free Resort Shuttles to the base lodge of your choosing. At the end of the day, you can snag a ride back to your car from any base lodge or hotel using this same system. When in doubt, ask a parking attendant or a Mountain Host for tips on where to park and which shuttle to take based on your needs and abilities.
