Wellness Classes« All Activities
The Summit Health Club offers Step, Strength, Zumba, and Yoga classes at various times throughout the week. Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made by calling the Summit Health Club at (207) 824-5835. All classes are 60 minutes and cost $10 each-or save and buy six classes for $50.

About the instructors:
Janet Ferguson, Step & Strength Classes
Janet is an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA)-certified instructor and holds several certifications for group exercise, core strength, and personal training. She has been teaching fitness classes, of all levels and abilities, for over 13 years and truly believes that fitness should be fun. As an avid skier, Janet has been skiing at Sunday River for 18 years and recently relocated to the area with her family.
Karen Swanson, Yoga
Karen has been practicing yoga for nearly 30 years and teaching for 17 of those years. Her teaching style draws from Iyengar, Kripalu, Kundalini, and Yin yoga. Karen's classes are continuously adapted to suit the needs of the participants, with modifications created to increase or decrease the level of challenge. Karen's yoga classes are the perfect complement to a day out on the slopes.
Kristina Lawhead, Zumba
Kristina has been teaching Zumba for over two years. Her Zumba® classes will have you partying yourself into shape and forgetting that you're working out. Kristina's Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy, international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective, and totally exhilarating.
