As the first new slopeside development at Sunday River in over a decade, Tempest Ridge Mountain Village will offer upscale three- and four-bedroom townhomes located on the Tempest and Road Runner trails in the White Cap base area. The first building of Tempest Ridge is currently under construction with anticipated completion for the 2007-08 ski season.
