The unofficial close of summer and kick-off to winter, Fall Festival Weekend comes to Sunday River October 11 and 12, 2014. Celebrate the change of seasons with live music and the always-entertaining North American Wife Carrying Championship, not to mention a full array of activities for the whole family. Spend the weekend amidst spectacular fall foliage and take advantage of great deals, good company, and more. This year's Fall Festival activities promises to be a hit with all ages!
Lodging packages start at just $79 per night in the Snow Cap Inn, $139 per night in the Grand Resort Hotels, and from just $99 per night in our condominiums. Guest of the Grand Resort Hotels will also receive breakfast with their stay. The Snow Cap Inn is sold out so book soon to get the next best rate!

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Balance is due in full two weeks prior to arrival. Reservations for 1-night stay are due in full at the time of booking.
Your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded on cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation made 14 days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded. Guests are responsible for all night's confirmed, regardless of late arrivals or early departures. The cancellation policy is in effect once a deposit has been taken. For condominium guests, a $300 damage deposit is required upon check-in. Hotels and Snow Cap Inn require a $150 damage deposit upon check-in.
