Join us for an evening at The Clubhouse for a Harvest Dinner on Saturday, August 31.

Enjoy the stunning views as you savor a four course, locally sourced, dinner prepared by Executive Chef Chad Davidowicz.  It’s the perfect excuse to gather with friends and family for a unique dining experience at one of Maine's most beautiful mountain golf courses.

  • The maximum table size is four people.
  • Please arrive by 5:45PM to be seated.
  • Dinner will be served promptly at 6PM. 
  • Beverages sold separately. 

Menu

Bread and Butter

grilled artisan bread served with torched marrow topped with seared oyster, shiitake and king trumpet mushrooms, gremolata, and  fresh farm butter

First Course

caramelized Maine scallops over gathered local greens tossed in goddess dressing with beets, pickled red cabbage, and toasted pumpkin seeds, topped with lardons

 Second Course

forever braised lamb and pork bolognese tossed with lumaconi topped with ricotta 

Intermezzo

basil, walnut and balsamic gelato

Third Course

 slow-cooked beef short rib topped with a blueberry reduction, accompanied by a celery root & sweet corn puree and cinnamon roast butternut squash

Fourth Course

blueberry buckle cake drizzled with blueberry caramel and accompanied with lemon blueberry gelato
