Filming Permission

Please note, all commercial filming, video, drone footage, and photography require permission from Sunday River's Marketing Department. No video shoots, commercial or otherwise, may take place without the express written consent of Sunday River's marketing and operations staff. Filming and photoshoots will require additional approvals and certificates of insurance.

Prior to your visit, if you are planning on using a drone, after the express written consent of Sunday River’s marketing and operations staff, please complete our Boyne Resorts Drone Operation Agreement. Authorization for drone use will require proof of FAA licensing, insurance covering drone use, liability release, notification of the Bethel Airport, and a written flight plan. To obtain a copy of the release, please email Ellen Wainwright at Ellen.Wainwright@SundayRiver.com.

Complimentary Lift Tickets

Complimentary lift tickets for up to three days may be issued to media on assignment and are subject to executive approval and availability. Unfortunately, last-minute requests may not be approved. Due to the large volume of visiting media, we cannot offer complimentary lift tickets to your spouses, significant others, children, or friends. And, due to the large volume of visits by media on assignment, we cannot offer complimentary lift tickets to media on vacation. We may, however, be able to offer a limited number of discounted lift tickets for up to three days (those too are subject to approval). Please contact us directly if you'd like to request any lift tickets before you leave on vacation (at least a week in advance); verification of employment with a media outlet may be required and other information may be required.

Complimentary Lodging

Depending on availability, we may be able to provide complimentary or discounted lodging for a limited time for visiting media who are on assignment. Please be sure to include the date and party information with your request.

Holiday and/or Peak Periods

We typically are not able to host media during holidays and peak periods and have blackout dates in place. Select blackout dates include Christmas Vacation Week, MLK Jr. Weekend, and Presidents' Vacation Week.
