Sunday River is a proud partner of Gould Academy, a private college preparatory school just 6 miles from the resort, to provide premier ski and snowboard competition programs in the Northeast.
About the Program
Next Level Competition
The Gould Academy Competition Program (GACP) is designed for advanced skiers and snowboarders ages 8 to 19, with a special program for future stars ages 6 to 7.
This season-long program focuses on developing skills in alpine skiing, freestyle skiing, snowboarding, or ski cross. GACP leverages the resources of Gould Academy and Sunday River to provide expert instruction, low coach-to-athlete ratios, and dedicated training space, enhanced by the Alera Group Competition Lift on Locke Mountain.
For those pursuing competition further, Gould Academy offers full-time programs integrated into the school curriculum for student-athletes.
