South Ridge Lodge

The South Ridge base lodge is your ultimate hub for all things skiing and riding, especially if you’re just starting out—it’s home to our beginner terrain. Need tickets? Rentals? A quick tune-up or repair? We’ve got you covered—plus, you can demo the latest skis or snowboards.

Home to the SnowSports School and The Bag, South Ridge also offers plenty of dining options and retail stores to fuel your adventure. Whatever you need for your day on the slopes, you’ll find it here!

Barker Lodge

The original lodge that started it all—Barker is the heart of Sunday River's skiing and riding history. Fuel up at the full cafeteria or hang out at The Barker Bar, a locals' favorite.

From here, you’ll have quick access to Barker 6. This high-speed, 6-person lift is one of the fastest in North America, complete with heated seats and Sunday River’s iconic red weather-resistant bubble.

White Cap Lodge

White Cap Lodge is home to White Heat, the East’s longest and steepest trail, and the legendary mogul competition, Bust N' Burn. Nestled at the base of White Cap Peak and White Heat, this lodge is the perfect spot to refuel or gear up.

Stop by Shipyard Brew Haus for food and drinks, or swing through the retail outlet to pick up any last-minute essentials before hitting the slopes.

Rest at the Top

North Peak Lodge

Accessed via the Chondola from South Ridge, the Peak Lodge on North Peak offers a dining experience like no other. Warm up with a baked potato, hearty soups, or the legendary cinnamon buns—so big and satisfying, they’re practically a meal on their own.

For something truly special, visit The Mountain Room, New England's most talked-about ski resort dining experience. Enjoy unique small plates, craft Maine brews, and cocktails while taking in stunning panoramic views. It's the perfect spot for a quick bite or a leisurely midday break.

Shuttle and Parking

Resort Parking

The resort has several parking lots, each in close proximity to base lodges, hotels, and resort-based condominiums. On weekends and holidays, parking lot attendants will guide you to the closest available spot. The free shuttle service is a great way to grab a ride with your gear.
