Season Passes and Ticket Packs are issued to the purchaser only, are nontransferable, and are non-refundable. Any other use will be considered theft of services.

Season Passes include Sunday River Only, New England, IKON, Mountain Collective passes and Ticket Packs. Lost or stolen Season Passes or Ticket Packs must be reported immediately to Resort Services at Guest Services at South Ridge Welcome Center or by email.

Season Passes or Tickets Packs that are lost or stolen, and not reported immediately, and fraudulently used by a third party, will be handled in the same manner as misused passes or ticket packs.

In the event of a Season Pass/Ticket Pack holder sharing their pass, the following measures will be implemented*:

  • The Season Pass or Ticket Pack Holder will be required to pay a $250.00 reinstatement fee. Their Pass or Ticket Pack will only be reactivated once the fee is paid in full.
  • Profile will be noted in RTP and the individual will be added to a tracking spreadsheet.;

The individual misusing the Season Pass or Ticket Pack must pay the cost of a full-day lift ticket at the current window rate before their privileges can be restored.

Second offense will result in the Pass/Ticket Pack Holder to have skiing privileges revoked for the remainder of the season.

Repeat offenses may result in further penalties, such as being trespassed from our property as well as other Boyne Resort properties, with the right to involve law enforcement.

*Resort Management retains the right to exercise discretion in enforcing penalties for incidents related to the misuse of season passes or ticket packs, even those that may not be explicitly outlined in the Season Pass and Ticket Pack Theft of Services Policy. Law enforcement may be contacted as well.

If you purchase a 2025/26 season pass, you can begin using it through the end of the 2024/25 season. Please note, Ikon Base Passes added to the Gold Pass do not qualify for spring use benefits.

If I rolled over the value of my 2024/25 season pass, am I eligible for renewal rates?

Yes, once you purchase your season pass you can use it through the end of the season.

How do I use my rollover credit?
